NEW CONFERENCE LOCATION: Due to problems with the Hotel Ballroom, our conference has been moved to the McCLELLAN CONFERENCE CENTER, 5411 Luce Ave (corner of Palm and Luce). There will be  shuttle from the hotel.

Fees: The Fee Schedule is found after the program. Students registering for the full conference and paying for Thursday lunch may have their lunch fee refunded if scholarship money is available. Refunds will be awarded in order of reservation date.

Hotel: Information on the Lion’s Gate Hotel is below.  Airport shuttle available. Free parking. There are no more rooms available. Call the Hotel (916-643-6222) for suggestions of other hotels.

Note that if you sign up for lunch or dinner our form could consider you to be a “second” attendee.  Just enter your name again as the second attendee. FULL CONFERENCE REGISTRATION INCLUDES THURSDAY LUNCH.

IMPORTANT: If you are registering and paying for someone else, please enter the name that will appear on the PayPal form (the credit cardholder) in the box on the registration form.  If you are registering other attendees, we want to know their work titles and email addresses for our records (and for conference badges).
